Approve All assisted Kim and Bronte with the Development Application for a new dog grooming salon in Seaforth.
Our team provided town planning, project management and architectural drawing services, coordinating the application requirements and preparing the supporting documentation for the proposed change of use, internal fit-out and business signage. The proposal included the use of the premises as a dog grooming salon, internal partitions and equipment, and new signage.
During Council’s assessment, potential noise impacts associated with barking dogs were raised. Our team worked through the additional requirements and updated the Plan of Management, providing further detail around the intensity of the use and measures to manage potential noise impacts. Following the updated information, Council’s Environmental Health team confirmed its support for the proposal, subject to conditions.
The Development Application was ultimately approved, enabling Kim and Bronte to move forward with the fit-out and operation of their new dog grooming salon.
